We accept debit and credit card of Visa and MasterCard. However, please note that debit or credit cards issued by selected banks are not available at the moment. All credit card transactions are 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. Please kindly refer to step by step guide that shown as below.
- At Checkout page, complete your order details and select "Online Payment - Credit/Debit Card"
- Enter your credit card details and click "Submit". You will receive 6 digit codes for you to key in the 3D secure page. When done, click on "Confirm Order".
- You will be redirected to Payment Result page. Click on "Continue" to return to Tesco Online site and complete your order.
- You will receive a text message from the bank on the transaction amount. This means the transaction is successful and pending for delivery.
- You might receive an additional text message from selected banks as an “Account Status Enquiry” on a RM0.00 transaction. Please be assured that this is just part of the bank process to further verify your online purchase with Tesco Online.

Customer will only be charged for the items that he/she receive.
For example, the guide price amount that customer ordered is RM300, but the final price is only RM250. Thus, customer only has to pay the final amount.

Q: What happened to the extra amount that I have paid? |

The extra amount will be refund to customer account in 3 working days and customer will received notification once received the amount. |

Q: What happened to the amount paid if I cancel the order? |
|
The full amount will be refund to customer account within 2 weeks after cancellation |
