Lotus’s now accepts ShopeePay

We’re happy to share that as of August 2021, we now accept ShopeePay as a form of payment in all of our 62 stores! Including ShopeePay, we now accept seven different e-wallets which are AliPay, Boost, kiplePay, MCash, Touch ‘n Go, and GrabPay.

“The Covid-19 pandemic and coupled with the convenience, security, and support from the government, have influenced the adoption of cashless payments in Malaysia. Given the growing reliance on e-wallets, we need to ensure that all available options are accessible to our shoppers,” said our Customer Executive Director, Vivian Yap.

“With ShopeePay’s rising popularity as seen from the market’s reaction during the rollout of eBelia, we trust that this partnership will add value to both Lotus’s shoppers as well as ShopeePay users. Customers will also get to enjoy cashbacks when they pay for their groceries using ShopeePay at any of our 62 stores nationwide, thus allowing them to enjoy greater savings,” adds Yap.

To commemorate our partnership with ShopeePay, customers will receive an RM4 cashback with a minimum spend of RM40 in a single transaction when they pay for their groceries with ShopeePay at any Lotus’s outlet.

Starting from now till 29 September 2021 and in conjunction with Shopee 8.8 Brands Festival, each shopper is also entitled to a maximum of two cashbacks throughout the campaign period.

On top of that, customers can also enjoy an RM3 cashback with a minimum spend of RM15 when they use ShopeePay at any Lotus’s stores from now until 31 December 2021. However, each user is only entitled to the RM3 cashback once daily.
