Good news for animal lovers- as of early this month, Tesco have begun carrying free-range chicken eggs in 44 of our stores. This is significantly earlier than our target of bringing free-range eggs into our stores by 2028. That's eight years earlier than the deadline!

A standard egg contains an average of 423 milligrams of cholesterol, while free-range eggs contain an average of 277 milligrams.
