OREO DIP CORNBURY

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs (266 g) OREO cookies -Original
  • 1 bar (160 g) CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE
  • 30 g Shortening /Cocoa butter
  • 50 g Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes, (crushed)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 2/3 of CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE with shortening/cocoa butter using a double boiling method.
  2. Remove bowl from hot water after the chocolate has completely melted. Add 1/3 of the remaining chocolate and stir until it melts.
  3. Allow the melted chocolate to thicken slightly. Next, dip half of the OREO cookie into the melted chocolate and place it on a cooling rack.
  4. Garnish with cornflakes and then refrigerate for about 3-5 minutes to speed up the hardening process for the chocolate.
  5. Take it out from refrigerator and ready to enjoy or store in an airtight container.
