  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 2 cups Corn flour
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 ½ tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 70 g OREO cookies- Original, crushed
  • 1 cup Water


  1. Firstly, heat the mould in the heated oil. The mould should be really hot so that the mixture does not stick to it.
  2. Add all the above ingredients except the OREO cookies and mix until it becomes a well-blended mixture.
  3. Then, add the crushed OREO cookies and stir.
  4. Dip the mould into the mixture, make sure not to cover the top of the mould and continue to put in the oil with low heat.
  5. Let it cook on the mould before you start shaking the mould to remove the kuih ros.
  6. Let it cook and drain using a strainer. Sprinkle with crushed OREO cookies powder for extra taste and ready to serve.
